Who are we?

We are a small Kansas community based business that has a love and passion for collecting, buying and selling. We help local clients who have excellent quality, fine name brand, collectible and antiques items re-home their items. If you have questions on any given item we will be happy to give you additional information. Most items have been in our clients family for years. We are happy to share our gently loved items history.

NEW ITEMS RETURN POLICY:

Please contact us as soon as possible in order to arrange for an appropriate credit, replacement.  Once you have been issued a return number you will have 30 days to return the item(s) in question.

If a replacement item is deemed necessary, it will be shipped in the same manner as the original was ordered. In most cases overnight or expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. Unless otherwise noted, full or partial credit will be determined by our Returns Department  upon infection of the item(s) in question. For more specific questions, please email or call us.

 

CONSIGNMENT ITEM RETURN POLICY:  If we have made an error in our listing, or item arrives damage we will be happy to accept the item for refund. We asked that contact us within 2 business days from purchase  date and keep damage packaging. Item must be returned within 14 days of purchase date. Buyer will be responsible for returning item. We will either refund or replace item per your preference.

Shipping:

  Items will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Furniture pieces will shipped by freight out of Wichita, Ks. We use a shipping company who has expertise in shipping fine antiques, furniture, and art pieces. We will work closely with you and the freight company to get your purchase item delivered to you. 

International Shipping please allow 1-3 weeks (non freight items) Buyers are responsible for any Customs and import taxes.  We do our best to meet the above shipping guidelines but cannot guarantee them.

Privacy Information: We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us.WE will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other then as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

You may opt of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone given on our website.

You may ask what data we have about you, if any. Change/correct any data we have about you. Have us delete any data we have on you. Express concern you have about our use of your data.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Whenever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.

We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example , billing, or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
